The paper will contain a memo communicating the budget situation of the project to the rest of the team. Two ways to improve an underperforming team member will be suggested. Finally a plan of action will be organized to get the project back on track.

Jones The current system used by the MONARCH is estimated to have been used for well over 35 years. As a result, the system has adapted to the different changes over the years. These changes have made the system increasingly complex and cumbersome and thereby too difficult to change.

MONARCH plans to incorporate a new integrated benefits system as a solution that will fill business needs of all the departments and Taft of MONARCH, including their customers. This administration is based on a capability study MONARCH performed from January 2013 to January 2014 and the RAP that developed from the study, done in conjunction with Hicks and Hicks , Limited (HAL) in the fall of 2006. Response to the RAP was assessed by the consultant, (HAL), and MONARCH staff.

Job Technological Solutions was selected as the vendor for the project. The project is scheduled to begin 10/1/2014. Design a communication plan for the project. (cultural, 2007) Define the scope of the project Monarchs new benefit administration system will include an abundance of web enabled self service abilities to provide the user and members, retirees, beneficiaries, other plan participants, 3rd party vendors, as well as, employers, an ease of use not previously experienced when dealing with the current benefits system.

As a supplement, all functionality will be made available to each of the plans administered by MONARCH where appropriate for that plan for example, handling of member and employer payments, and receipts and refunds of over payments, communication generations, imaging, maintenance of address information, etc. The following categories are the necessary functional requirements established.
