It will help to focus on what I want to be “my character, “my contributions and achievements” and “the values and principles upon which my being and doing are based. Management is doing things right”; “Leadership is doing the right things”. This means ‘We should be honest in our selves, because sometimes people find themselves achieving victories that are empty and expense of things that are far more valuables to them. In management, if things are wrong they make it right, but in Leadership they make only the right things. About all things are created twice. We create them first in our minds, and then we work to bring them into physical existence.

Mission statements are also vital to successful organizations. One of the most important thrusts Of work With Organizations is to assist them in developing effective mission statements. And to be effective, that statement has to come from Within the bowels Of the organization. Everyone should participate in a meaningful way not just the top strategy planners, but everyone. REACTION PAPER As I’ve read and prepared this reaction, I became particularly interested in how Perceptions are formed and how they behave. Just like my experience. Way back in my high school years. This led me to a study of self-fulfilling and to a realization of how deeply embedded our Perceptions are. It taught me that we must look at the lens through which we see the world, as well as at the overloud we see, and that the en’s itself shapes how we interpret the world.

We began to realize that if we wanted to change the situation, we first had to change ourselves. And to change ourselves effectively, we first had to change our perceptions. “Habits are powerful factors in our lives, because they are consistent, often unconscious patterns”. In my own idea, this means our character, basically, is a composite Of our habits and for me this is the main idea What the author trying to explain to us what we’re living for. They constantly, daily, express our character and produce our effectiveness or ineffectiveness. Habits can be learned and unlearned.

But also know it isn’t a quick fix. It involves a process and a tremendous commitment in our lives. Believe, that in developing our own self-awareness many of us discover ineffective scripts, deeply embedded habits that are totally unworthy of us, totally incongruent with the things we really value in life. What I can say to these habit 2 is that, we are response-able to use our imagination and creativity to write new ones that are more effective, more congruent with our deepest values and with the correct principles that give our values meaning.
