Being a college student does not mean you have to focus only on school things and disconnect from the outside. You have to have time for some fun such as going to the movies, having get together, so your mind can have a break and be fresher for the next class.

Try to eat healthy like fruits and vegetables every day, and look for foods that are rich in proteins and vitamins also do not forget to drink a lot that your body can be hydrated, The ideal college student needs to know that there is no success that does not ask for a sacrifice.
