Some people even had thought of harming themselves. How could the unethical behavior be avoided or resolved?

The unethical behavior could have been avoided simply by making sure that all of the information was printed on the medication. Making sure that the health care provider knew the pros and the cons. Making sure those children with certain disabilities didn’t take this medication.
