He presents his speech by using examples, analogies, and the repetition of words, figurative language and inductive and deductive reasoning. Martin Luther King specific purpose of the speech was to accept the Nobel Peace Prize. He is talking for other people (men and women) over the world that suffers racial injustice. He reminds people that there is hope and brotherhood for all people.

The thesis is that at a moment when twenty to million Negroes of the United States of American are engaged in a creative battle to end the long night of racial injustice. “l accept the Nobel Prize for peace at a moment when twenty tow million Negroes of the United States of America is engaged in a creative battle to end the long night of racial injustice”. He supports he thesis by saying that children are crying out for brotherhood, young people seeking to secure the right to vote were brutalized and murdered.

When he says “l accept this award today with an abiding faith in the future of mankind “. Behalf of all men who love peace and brotherhood. I really like this speech because Martin Luther king wanted to end the racial injustice. He is aware of different events like children suffering in Alabama. In the acceptance speech he was an abiding faith In America. He believed that even amid today’s mortar bursts. But he only wanted a brighter tomorrow. King continued to make a lasting Impact on America through his dedication.
