In the more general sense, it’s the way vie “see” the world not in terms of our visual sense of sight, but in terms of perceiving, understanding, and interpreting. Each Of us tends to think we see things as they are that we are Objective. But this is not the case. We see the world, not as it is, but as we are or as we are conditioned to see it. Begin With the End in Mind means to begin each day, task, or project with a clear vision of your desired direction and destination, and then continue by flexing your proactive muscles to make things happen.
Now, “begin with the end in mind”, we have a person direction to guide our daily activities, without which we will accomplish little towards our own goals. It means “a process of personal leadership, talking control of our own lives. As starting point of these, is to develop a personal mission statement. It will help to focus on what I want to be “my character, “my contributions and achievements” and “the values and principles upon which my being and doing are based. A personal mission statement which gives me a changeless core from which I can deal with external change to my elite. According to Peter Trucker and Warren Bennie. Management is doing things right”; “Leadership is doing the right things”. This means ‘We should be honest in our selves, because sometimes people find themselves achieving victories that are empty and expense of things that are far more valuables to them. In a situation for example, if the ladder is not leaning against the right wall, every step you take gets you to the overlong place faster. In management, if things are wrong they make it right, but in Leadership they make only the right things. About all things are created twice. We create them first in our minds, and then we work to bring them into physical existence.
We write or re-write our works using our imagination and conscience. The principles we base our lives should be deep, fundamental truths, classic truths that they Will become tightly interwoven themes running with exactness, consistency, beauty and strength through the fabric of our lives. Found out that, we can make our mission statement of our lives balanced and easier to work with by breaking it down into a specific role area of our lives and the goals we want to accomplish in each area and also by use visualization techniques. Our center is the source of our security, guidance, wisdom and power.
Being slenderer is too limiting – people develop poor mental health in isolation, guy entering our lives on correct principles, we create a stable, solid foundation for the development of our life support factors and embrace and encompass the truly important areas of our lives. Successful relationships, achievement and financial security will radiate from the principle center. C It you’re friend-centered, your decision would be influenced by whether or not oh had invited friends to attend the concert with you. If you’re enemy-centered, you may stay late because you know it will give you a big edge over that person in the office who thinks he’s the company’s greatest asset, Z] If you’re church-centered, you might be influenced by plans other church members have to attend the concert, by whether or not any church members work at your office or by the nature of the concert Handel’s Messiah might rate higher in priority than a rock concert Z] If you’re self-centered, you’ll be focused on what will do you the most good.
Mission statements are also vital to successful organizations. One of the most important thrusts Of work With Organizations is to assist them in developing effective mission statements. And to be effective, that statement has to come from Within the bowels Of the organization. Everyone should participate in a meaningful way not just the top strategy planners, but everyone. REACTION PAPER As I’ve read and prepared this reaction, I became particularly interested in how Perceptions are formed and how they behave. Just like my experience. Way back in my high school years. I said ‘Sir! I want to he a priest. I don’t why this kind of vocation I’ve answer to him. But deep inside me, all I want in my life is to finish my College Degree. Time goes by, and now I’m in a Marine course. Vet I believe that most of us know the truth of what we really are inside and I think many of those we live with and work with do as well. This led me to a study of self-fulfilling and to a realization of how deeply embedded our Perceptions are. It taught me that we must look at the lens through which we see the world, as well as at the overloud we see, and that the en’s itself shapes how we interpret the world.
We began to realize that if we wanted to change the situation, we first had to change ourselves. And to change ourselves effectively, we first had to change our perceptions. “Habits are powerful factors in our lives, because they are consistent, often unconscious patterns”. In my own idea, this means our character, basically, is a composite Of our habits and for me this is the main idea What the author trying to explain to us what we’re living for. They constantly, daily, express our character and produce our effectiveness or ineffectiveness. Habits can be learned and unlearned.
But also know it isn’t a quick fix. It involves a process and a tremendous commitment in our lives. Believe, that in developing our own self-awareness many of us discover ineffective scripts, deeply embedded habits that are totally unworthy of us, totally incongruent with the things we really value in life. What I can say to these habit 2 is that, we are response-able to use our imagination and creativity to write new ones that are more effective, more congruent with our deepest values and with the correct principles that give our values meaning.
