In Vitro Testing for the Untangle Property of Aloe Vera (Aloe Brandeis Miller) and Lemon Grass (Component Stratus) Against Human Fungal Pathogens Specially Espadrilles Flatus, Penicillin Specie and Curricular Specie By clarinetists In Vitro Testing for the Untangle Property of Aloe Vera (Aloe Brandeis Miller) and Lemon Grass (Component stratus) Against Human Fungal Pathogens Specially Espadrilles flatus, Penicillin specie and Curricular specie I Source: Lehman C. Diagrammatic:Fungi are one-celled organisms that cause comforts and health risks in living organisms.
The purpose of this study is to control the growth of fungal pathogens. Espadrilles flatus, Penicillin specie and Curricular specie. By using pure extract of lemon grass (Component stratus), Aloe Vera (Aloe Brandeis Miller) and 50/50 combination of both. The study focuses in determining which of the three treatments will inhibit specific fungi. After being tested and identified which among of the three treatments is the best, we suggested using it as an additive in cosmetics and medicine. Len-vitro testing comprised the ethos of identifying the anti-fungal property of the treatments.

From the collection of plant samples to reading and analyzing of data, fungus growth took for four days then the treatment assignment was conducted. The fungi must have similar growth rate to have accurate results. Results showed that pure extract of Lemon grass (Component stratus) is the only treatment that controls the growth of Espadrilles flatus. The two other treatments failed to inhibit all three fungal pathogens. Pure extract of Lemon grass (Component stratus) can be used as an additive to some cosmetics and medicine because of its anti-fungal property against Espadrilles flatus.
Adjustments of concentrations should be conducted upon Aloe Vera (Aloe Brandeis Miller) to prove the effectiveness and to test its suitability as a moisturizer. Further experimentation may also identify the active component of Lemon Grass (Component stratus) that makes it as an anti-fungal against Espadrilles flatus. Future researchers can use the pure Lemon grass extract (Component stratus) as an additive to cosmetics and develop this to become more effective to other human fungal pathogens. I
