At NY level in college, whether a first year or senior, being able to successfully manage your time is imperative. B. Time in college seems to be a commodity when you’re lacking it. Eat a balanced diet, which can be difficult for some college students, specially those that live in dorms but it is imperative in order to stay healthy. (ann.. Due. AU) D. If you feel stressed out from a class try taking a time-out from what you’re working on and do a different activity for 30 minutes instead, such as taking a walk, playing with your pet, or visiting a friend to take your mind off things and come back to them when you’ve had a chance to step away. E. It’s also important to stay in touch with family & friends, especially when college class loads can become overbearing.
F. If you feel stressed out during finals week you can also learn to meditate to clear your mind & get in a better state of thinking. G. Conclusion: In closing, staying organized in college can significantly help a student stay healthy as well as on top of their studies and social lives. College classes can be tough at times but it is important to take time for yourself every once & a while to stay healthy & happy in your time as an undergraduate.
