He is described as extremely loyal, generous and affectionate, having a good sense of humor as well. However, what Churchill is most famous for is his amazing ability for speechwriters and delivery. Churchill displayed his intellect and creative nature in these speeches.
He is labeled as many things in this article; a soldier, writer, artist, and statesman to name a few. However, the article does mention his weaknesses as well. He was not a good politician and was not strong in playing at party politics. He is also known to have been slightly egotistical, as most great leaders and politicians sometimes can be. As a man with an extremely strong personality, some found him to be overbearing. He was a risk taker and a known gambler.
In his earlier career, people thought him to have an unbalanced sense of judgment partly from the very excess of his energies and gifts. He created national health insurance, unemployment insurance, and placed limits on hours of workers.
He later became Prime Minister in 1951 which was a position where he made great achievements domestically and internationally for his country. However, Churchill is portrayed as a genius with few flaws; it is unlikely that this is completely accurate. Churchill was a person with great attributes as well as flaws, and while he is praised for his many achievements and accomplishments n his lifetime, he is also criticized by many for his personal nature and policies.

He does not seem like an arrogant, take-charge leader, rather an assertive leader who commands the respect of those working under him. Churchill is portrayed as an extremely hard worker and dedicated man who relentlessly pursues his goals despite setbacks and problems. His great intellect and understanding of international affairs is portrayed as his biggest asset and the key to his success.
