Therefore because of The Industrial Revolution in America, it involved three important developments such as: transportation, labor laws, and technology. Since the Industrial Revolution the factory businesses have been booming because of the technological advances in America.

Historians and economists agree that any industrialization society needs to have an effective transport network, to enable the movement of heavy products and materials around in order to open up access to raw materials, reduce the price of these materials, and the resulting goods, break down local monopolies caused by poor transport networks and allow for an integrated economy where regions of the country could specialize” (Willed). Transportation is also responsible for the development of civilizations because of people and the transport of goods.
This development has changed the way people live, work, and travel. In many nations, a large amount of people travel daily for work, shopping, and social reasons. However, transport also consumes a lot of resources like time, fuel, materials, and land. “The first railroads in America were horse drawn. However traveling cost money people during the Industrial Revolution were paid very little, but now we have fair wages. When people moved to work in factories times were very hard people were paid less and worked long hours. However, because of Labor unions workers could get the comforts they need when working. “Even though employees had to work for as long as 16 hours a day; they were subjected to pressure, and even physical punishment, in an effort to make them speed up production. Since neither the machines nor the methods Of work were designed for safety, many fatal and maiming accidents resulted” (WorkingConditions1).
Therefore due to problems in the factories, people now get paid minimum wages, for overtime, and even when on leave when in an accident during work hours.
