The purpose of this project proposal is to automate the Payroll system of the College of Information Technology. This project is to minimized the manual work done by the administrator and staff of this institution. The payroll software supports multiple task linkages being used by employees by means of a System which features Systematic maintenance and retrieval of employee records such as Automatic computation of monthly net income, GSIS, PAG-IBIG, Withholding Tax and other deductions. Daily Time Record of each employee, Payroll Summary Sheet per month, and Pay slip.
The system automatically calculates computed income, and paid-time-off benefits, taxes, and allocates the sharing of payments for other benefit programs of each employees. Problem statement: 1. Salaries are automatically deducted by the taxes 2. Login of employees should be (time-in and time-out recorded). Conclusion: I there conclude that the project system proposal should be implemented and replace the current manually system by the automated Payroll system. SYSTEM DESCRIPTION The payroll system is designed to monitor the date and time log-in and log-out also the arrival and departure of the faculty staff of the CICT.
Payroll system computes the wage rate per hour with the adjustments from their level of positions and the taxes or deductions from the salary of the employee and also the exemptions based from the status of the employee whether single or married. The system could revolutionize add new form for new record data of the faculty and staff. On the login form there are two choices; the Administrator and Faculty Staff.
