All throughout the year, many people travel. Whether it is on the other side of the state or the other side of the world! Most people travel to break their regular schedule and relax. Well, what would you do if you had the chance to travel wherever you wanted? If I could travel anywhere in the world, it would be Italy because of the beautiful sceneries and attractions, delicious foods, and interesting history. Many amazing sights are spread all through Italy. The country is filled with a bunch f stunning attractions and sceneries.
A big chunk of them are located in Rome. The Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Coliseum, and the Pantheon are ancient attractions in Rome. Although an abundance of the things to see are found other places besides Rome, too, such as the Grand Canyon of Venice. Different sorts of museums and galleries are found all around Italy. You would be amazed with how magnificent the sceneries are. The Amalfi Coast, Sorrento Capri, and Venice are well known of their Italian food is another one of the great things of this wonderful gorgeous views. ountry. The “Italian” food you would find in America is nothing like the rich, authentic, Italian food you would eat in Italy. There are over 30 different types of pasta and cheese! Italy also has a wide range of different desserts. Theyre most known for their gelato ice cream and cannoli’s. The various types of bread are something I look forward to trying as well. Italys history has fascinated me ever since I was a young girl. The first group of Pre-Roman people was called the Etruscans.
The Greeks also settled in Italy before the Roman Empire. Once the Roman Empire took over the main Etruscan cities, they spread all over Italy. The Empire began to die down in the 3rd century. Later In the years, The Italian Renaissance emerged, causing large amounts of tourists. Italy was Just beginning to become a unified country, until war broke out in the 1800’s. In the early 1900’s, the fascist party was gaining more power with their leader Benito Mussolini, over the brand new ountry.
Mussolini made an alliance with the German in WWII. He was later arrested, surrendered, and executed in 1945. Overall, Italy has had a very long history. In a couple of years, I hope to travel the world. My first destination would definitely be Italy. The sights, food, and history all seem so incredible. It would be such as fantastic experience if I actually had the chance to visit or even live there. I hope one day, I can make my dream vacation come true!
