If they are to make a business work, they have to first look at how they get the raw material. This is critical in their business because their ice cream is probably one of three brands in this country that uses Sir Lankan milk. Needs: Human has basic human requirement such as food, air, clothing, shelter & education, etc…. There are different types of needs. We can categorize Ice Cream as delight need.
