Introduction of the Project… It is a group housing project by renowned infrastructure developer “THE UPPAL GROUP. ” Dwarka region has a high potential for developing into a major residential junction as it happens to be a node between Haryana and Delhi. Located near the Dwarka Metro Station, Delhi; the project aims at better living standards in the plotted development of the region.

With this group housing the developers are looking orward to provide quality dwelling units in 4bhk, 3bhk, 2bhk, 2bhk+ study & EWS modules, along with quality amenities and green spaces. The Landscape concept of Dwarka evolves a system of open spaces which have the otential to develop into a landscape with distinctive visual qualities. The location and alignment of existing landscape features have been used to structure the development.
