IN an EFFORT to OVERCOME the WATER POLLUTION Over two thirds of Earth’s surface is covered by water and less than a one third is taken up by land. Since world is developing and Earth’s population continuous to grow people are putting huge pressure on the planets resources. In a sense Earth’s resources are being squeezed by human activities. Such these activities mostly make the Asian’s water resources polluted. Therefore, Asian governments should find some strategies and techniques in order to solve water pollution, especially in Asian seas.
There are mainly two solutions that Asian governments should introduce in order to prevent water pollution in Asian seas. To begin with, Asian governments should prevent water pollution by educational strategies. Because making people aware of the problems is the first step to solve it. First and the most important strategy are designing advertisement. Although it may seem less valuable and significant to some people, it has great impact on society in order to change their tunes.
Media is important tool that has to be considered. By giving short, knowledgeable advertisement between the popular programs and most seen films or series will make people conscious about the water pollution. And also the advertisements must not be forgotten. For one the society is so resourceful in order to improve and enhance oneself with the knowledge. For that reason advertisements in the work places, on streets, on the roads have great impact on the people in order to be conscious about today’s problems.
Furthermore governments should not restrict the solution of water pollution by designing advertisements instead they have to create communities to keep people together to think about water problems. In addition, universities play vital role in the Asian countries. Creating communities in universities will force students to think about water pollution and such procedures will contribute to the societies’ thought. Moreover creating communities in the work places will also be as a valuable solution as creating them in universities.
Because creating a community is a critical part of creating a positive attitude in the workplace. When there is a strong sense of community, people are more supportive of each other and the goals of the government. When governments create communities in workplace environment that will encourage people enjoy being a part of and that will help the government to reach to their aim easily. The second solution should be introduced by Asian government to prevent water pollution in the Asian seas is to use technical solutions.
Governments should regulate and reduce pollutions which are pouring into the Asian seas. Regulating chemical wastes is one of the things that should be done. Asian governments should define groups of people that will bury wastes underground in order not to pollute the Asian seas. And also recycling wastes have to be done in this procedure. Because of having wastes recycled, seas will be more appropriate to use and clearer. Secondly, pollution from oil and petroleum liquids has to be reduced in order to prevent water pollution.
Government should stop letting so much oil and petroleum spills get into the Asian seas from different sources. And also governments should enforce scientists to create new equipment and develop old ones to make them suitable to be used in this field. For instance, scientists can create equipment which does not run on oil. By creating such equipment governments can reduce the water pollution in Asian seas. All in all, without using any technological and educational strategies the Asian governments cannot solve problems issued with water pollution.
Even though good precautions accompanied by strong follow through, the Asian governments should enforce all their opportunities to make those solutions real and possible. While governments are doing all their responsibilities, also the people have to take all their responsibilities into consideration to make all of these procedures possible. To be more specific, not only the governments but also everybody has to protect the water resources from all kind of dangers because water makes our life perfect in every way.
