Personal Responsibility BY Im0390779 Being Responsible in an Irresponsible World Genoa backs of responsible people and behind every successful accomplishment was responsibility. Personal responsibility means that I have to be disciplined, organized, and faithful to my cause while staying above reproach in every aspect of my life. In an effort to be responsible in every aspect of my life I must be successful in college. To be successful in college I cannot Just show up to class and hope for the best.
I have to be organized and have a simple but effective plan to make me a responsible successful allege student. Personal responsibility means that I have to be disciplined, organized, and faithful to my cause while staying above and beyond reproach. What I mean by staying above and beyond reproach is simply to do the best I can without cutting corners while having strong ethical rooted beliefs and then being able to apply them. I need to be disciplined to do my work whatever that consists of.
I need to schedule a time and place every week to do my homework so I do not get behind. I need to be organized and know when everything is due and know where all of my things are. An organized person should always be ready for the unexpected which can be challenging. Unexpected things do come up and when they do there needs to be a way for the organized mind to let go of control and adapt to the situation. Lastly, I need to be faithful to my cause. Without what I am doing at all times so I can agree and succeed with what I am doing.
In an effort to be responsible in every aspect of my life I must be successful in college. There are two sides to this statement; the first being that if I am responsible in all the areas of my life then success in college will be inevitable, the second being hat if I am successful in college it will make my success in life more attainable. I need to practice responsible methods so I can be successful in both college and life. Without a reason to be responsible there would be no motivation to be responsible.
In the aspect of college in my life I have to be responsible to be successful, to be successful I must devise a plan. I need a plan that is simple but effective and works around my schedule. I will block out Thursday evening for two hours to work on my group project. I will block out Sunday afternoon for two hours to work on my individual assignments as well as two hours on Monday after I get home from work. If anything does not get done within these 6 hours I will finish on Tuesday night.
I will be organized with my assignments and make sure they are the best material I can come up with before I turn them in. In conclusion, I have to be faithful and responsible to my classes and teachers in order to be successful in college. What staying above and beyond reproach means is simply to do the best one can without cutting corners whereas current situation of some college students’ weakening social responsibility and society’s higher demand for social responsibility of talents, ideal and faith education needs to be improved to strengthen college student’s social responsibility; moral education needs to be strengthened to awake students’ ethics responsibility; social practice needs to be improved to reinforce students’ social responsibility; comprehensive quality needs to improved to enhance college students’ social responsibility’ (Ghana,2012).

What Ms. Khmer is saying in this line is that students can become independent learners and think for themselves with online learning. She talks in her abstract about self-directed study and how important it is for online students to teach themselves or learn independently. This abstract comes from an excellent Journal and is very reliable. Both of these sources are reliable because of the people who wrote them. Debbie Khmer is a trusted author of the University of the Highlands and Islands in the I-J. She has written several articles on sociology. The Journal article she wrote the abstract on is lull of good lessons and practical applications.
