A new way of life and a view of self-worth for the victims of underage prostitution to have a new start within their community is needed here in Clark County for the following reasons: 1) Children cannot onsent to prostitution and are considered to be victims of child sex trafficking 2) Underage prostitution is on the rise in Clark County 3) Some minors are charged as criminals instead of being looked at as victims. A summary of the type of consulting firm and the services you will offer The type of service that the Human Nature Project Firm will offer to the school district will be a young women empowerment program.
Our program will be a lecture group given to teen girls who are at risk of the human trafficking sex industry. We will target the schools with the largest population of girls, and as he program grows, extend to all the surrounding schools in the area. The goal of HNP partnering with the school district is to serve as prevention for young girls. The topics of discussion in our program will include: self-worth, self-esteem, and ways to stay safe, warning signs of potential human trafficking and what to do if this happens to you or someone that you know.
The goal is for the girls to become pro-active in their choices for the future and to equip them with the knowledge to make wise choices. Therefore, it is important for the NHP to have legal assistance not only for clients but also to protect the firm. With the growing population of underage sex trafficking in Nevada, providing the appropriate service within the appropriate time may pose to be a problem. It will be vital to have the right resources to keep with the demand. There are many resources that can go into treating someone for sexual exploitation and if NHP will not be able to meet the demands it will be vital to be able to refer for different services. B.
A description of the roles of each team member The Human Nature Project consulting firm is a non-profit organization that helps people changes their situation by giving them hope to transform their lives and no longer be victimized. She was a defense attorney for he Juvenile Court, with the Clark County District Courts. She had seen how the courts treated these young victims and by listening to their stories, Leslie knew she wanted to do more for these children.
Responsibilities and Duties based on the team members skills Leslie Hernandez is the CEO of The Human Nature Project Consulting Firm and she possesses a strong administrative ability because she has had administrative roles for the past 8 years and since the inception of her career. She is familiar with administrative tasks and being computer/ technical literate has helped her to be efficient in any roles. She feels that she has great abilities to find prompt resolutions and adequate problem solving techniques.
William Kersey is a good public speaker. He’s the consultant advocate Federal law enforcement agent and has spoken on the victim impact panel with about 3 years’ experience doing so. He also speaks frequently at 1 2-step meetings and has good management skills from working as a manager for about ID years. He also listens well and is a good problem solver due to his management experience. Marcy Melendrez believes that she possess strong interpersonal relationship skills s well as strong communication skills.
Marcy is the Executive Consulting officer due to her being good at listening to others and is able to bring about a peaceful resolution in most cases, and is a dependable and hardworking individual. Marcy is time conscious and orderly, sincere and trustworthy and possesses a desire to develop a helping relationship with others. One of her main strengths consist of being thorough in tasks. She loves to see a project through to its completed state. She also enjoys finding different ways of bringing about a desired outcome. Dominic Nakagawa is The Human Nature
Project consultant liaison and has the capacity to express his motivation, persistence, and interpersonal skills. He does this by showing commitment to others, cooperating through teamwork, has driven and ambition, the capacity to persevere over obstacles, energy levels and an aptitude to develop new solutions. Liz Ragasa possesses exemplary communication skills. Liz is the Human Nature Project consulting manager. Her job requires her to engage with our clients all day. She has to actively listen to what their needs are so she can assist them correctly.
One of her strengths is being able to nderstand that things happen in life which makes her more open and understanding to people when they are seeking help. She can manage any area in the program and she has abilities to talk with people while treating each person With respect. William Kersey is our advocate and public speaker. He has a tremendous gift of getting up and peaking in front of a large audience. William has joined forces with law enforcement to go out and speak about victim impact. He is the only one that holds this position, because he has the passion and desire about whatever he advocates for. Liz Ragasa is the Consulting Manager. Liz possesses the ability to understand what another person is going through. She helps clients with their immediate needs, and helps them to achieve their goals by showing clients self-motivation and how to gain new skills for their future.

Sex work can have become an entrenched lifestyle.
There can be a loss of social support ne?orks to ease transition into ‘normal’ society – and indeed some sex workers gain social support within sex work. Exiting can be difficult, too, because sex workers may not want to approach services they feel will judge them. And some – articularly those on the streets ” lead chaotic lives and find it difficult to engage with services. ” (Mayhem & Mossman, 2007). Cultural diversity is the makeup of various social structures, belief systems and strategies that other cultures use to adapt to life situations in all parts of the world. In other words, as our textbook called it the multiculturalism of a group or organization or region.
