Yes, based upon the Supreme Court ruling n Roe v. Wade. Roe (Plant”, a pregnant single woman, brought a class action slut challenging the constitutionality of the Texas abortion laws. These laws made it a crime to obtain or attempt an abortion except on medical advice to save the life of the mother. Other plaintiffs in the lawsuit Included Halloo, a doctor who faced criminal prosecution for violating the state abortion laws; and the Does, a married couple with no children, who sought an injunction against enforcement of the laws on the grounds that they were unconstitutional.

The defendant was county District Attorney Wade (Defendant). A three-judge District Court panel tried the cases together and held that Roe and Halloo had standing to sue and presented justifiable controversies, and that declaratory relief was warranted. The court also ruled however that injunctive relief was not warranted and that the Does’ complaint was not Justifiable. Roe and Halloo won their lawsuits at trial. The district court held that the Texas abortion statutes were void as vague and for overload infringing the Ninth and Fourteenth Amendment rights of the plaintiffs.

The Does lost, however, cause the district court ruled that injunctive relief against enforcement of the laws was not warranted. The Does appealed directly to the Supreme Court of the united States and Wade cross-appealed the district court’s Judgment In favor of Roe and Halloo. 1 1. Should abortion be made illegal? Irresponsibility or the fact that she was raped. God commanded our first parents to “Be fertile and multiply” (Genesis 1:28). Why? God Himself is fertile.. Love always overflows into life. When the first mother brought forth the first child, she exclaimed, “l have brought forth a man with the help of the Lord” (Genesis 4:1).

The help of the Lord is essential, for He has dominion over human life and is its origin. Parents cooperate with God in bringing forth life. Because this whole process is under God’s dominion, it is sinful to interrupt it. The prophet Amos condemns the Ammonites “because they ripped open expectant mothers in Gilead” (Amos 1:13). 2 2. Is it balanced? For Example, does one person or group benefit or suffer more than another as a result of their actions? Who benefits from women getting abortions? The clinics, the mother, the boyfriend, the unknown father of the baby, everyone except for that child, so no, it is not lanced.

There are still possibilities of infertility in the mother caused by doctor error or genetic predispositions, psychological damage, an even smaller possibility of death that come from getting abortions. There are many other options than to resort to abortion. Adoption, the use preemptive birth control, like condoms, pills, l. U. D. ‘s, and spermicidal. 3. How does it make me feel? I was raised Christian, where it is considered a sin to abort a child in the eyes of God. For ethical scenario 2, her consequences are very disappointing and difficult but also very understandable.

Anyone could see clearly that this child would be a reminder of her tragic situation. As for ethical scenario 1, that young lady was Just completely being irresponsible and now does not want to handle the true life responsibilities that came along with her irresponsible decisions and lifestyle. In both cases, I must stay dormant due to the fact that I feel that gift of God should not in any form pay the consequences of decisions way beyond that child’s control, there is always another option. That child was given the miracle of life and once that gift is given, that child deserves to see life through.
