Applicable Employment Laws for Landslide Limousines Dear Mr.. Southfield, As per our conversation, I understand that you want to start a Limousine Service with 25 employees on your first year of business. During my research I found that there are applicable laws for the State of Texas. There are 5 specific laws that needs to be address in order to having a successful business. In this memo we will provide your company a brief description of the employment laws that should be implemented in your company. We will give you description of penalties that can arise if you are non- implant.

The goal of the company is to be compliant, and abide by the laws set forth by the State of Texas. The purpose of this memo is to help you understand the laws that will affect the limousine service that will be located in Austin Texas.
