Research paper about Shakespeare Hoon, Lee Shakespeare was affected by his society between 1500-1600 and his writing shows how he lived and events at that time. Shakespeare wrote about his century in his poems, plays, and other fictions. It shows that he was a great writer at that time and until now. Shakespeare’s past effects his writing as well as impacts our society today. His most famous work is Romeo and Juliet William Shakespeare’s writing was effected by his past. His four tragedies Othello, Hamlet, King Lear, and Macbeth are reated as some of the greatest English plays even written. Also common in schools are Romeo and Juliet, The Merchant of Venice, and The Comedy of Errors. His famous play, Romeo and Juliet was dramatized by Stephen Sondheim as a “West Side Story “(Theatre history(n. d. )). Shakespeare’s writings affected our society and were impacted by his past. His most famous work is Romeo and Juliet. Due to the development of the printing and Shakespeare’swriting with the English language, Shakespeare’s writings greatly influenced the entire world.
