This magazine is used to develop and extend students’ knowledge about the world of business. Your manager has asked you to run a feature article on two contrasting businesses. You need to illustrate the similarities and differences between the two businesses.
You will need to carry out a number of tasks to complete this article and present the information in front of your colleagues first, to see if it’s detailed enough to run in next month’s edition. How much influence do they have? Why is this true? How does what makes them satisfied with the businesses relate to the aims and objectives of the business? This must be done for each of the 2 businesses you have chosen. When both businesses have the same stakeholder group (e. G. Customers) you need to compare how this stakeholder group influences each of your two different Explaining the differences between similar stakeholders for the 2 contrasting businesses you have been studying. Explaining the steps each stakeholder group can take to influence the business and its aims and objectives, and their motivation for doing this.
ASSIGNMENT 1 TASK 4 (ODL) As well as the required content for task 2 & 3, you now have to carry out research on your own company ‘Business RevieW. You have to focus in more depth on the stakeholders of ‘Business Review Magazine’. You have to evaluate the influence exerted by all of the different stakeholders of Business Review Magazine. This would be done in a presentation, which should include the following: A description of the influence that each stakeholder has over the organization and why this is. Evidence of your research on each stakeholder, including the source of the information. An explanation as to how you know that the information and the source of the information for each stakeholder are valid.
