By this study, Mary Nicole Bakeshop was an example of business that is using manual transactions. Their business was established in July 8,2012. The business already have (2) branches. The area of Mary Nicole CO branch is 60 square meter while the Fishtailed branch is 40 square meters. The income per day in Fishtailed branch is 8,000 while in CO branch is 10,000. The two branches both have 180 products and their best seller is the chocolate, black forest,tuna savory,tuna loaf and cinnamon.. The owner was Roding J. Madonna. They were using paper and bullpen and also MS Excel in their transactions.

When the customer bought a product, they used to record it in a sheet of paper then the manager used to copy it and record it in a Microsoft Excel. They are offering 5 to 15% discount to their customers. All the business transactions must be properly recorded and must be fully secured by password. A Computerized system is the best solution and most innovative answer for their needs. Also covered in the study are saving of information and transaction records with the customers.

The Sales and Product Monitoring System is concern with the processing of the transactions of the customers and owner and saving the sales records at the same time. These saved records area filed and stored for future use. This computerized system is important to a company because through it, the owner can easily assist the customers and store data safely.
