Applicable Employment Laws for Landslide Limousines Dear Mr.. Southfield, As per our conversation, I understand that you want to start a Limousine Service with 25 employees on your first year of business. During my research I found that there are applicable laws for the State of Texas. There are 5 specific laws that needs to be address in order to having a successful business. In this memo we will provide your company a brief description of the employment laws that should be implemented in your company. We will give you description of penalties that can arise if you are non- implant.
