Does Jell-O contain protein? According to the results in this lab Jell-O must contain protein due to the fact that the eat tenderfeet was able to break down the Jell-O much the same as It would break down the proteins in meat. . Did the amount of meat tenderfeet give different results? The amount of meat tenderfeet did give different results, cup with the least amount of tenderfeet did not break down as much as the cup with the most tenderfeet. Conclusion According to this lab it demonstrated that Jell-O does have protein since the enzymes in the meat tenderfeet were able to break down the Jell-O and prevent It from setting.
