What do you think are the risks involved (to HRS and the organization as a whole) if HRS does not make this a priority and instead remains a purely task-oriented department mostly administrative in nature? . Human Resources department understand the aspects of business of an organization. HRS also designs and creates development in maturing decisions of the organization. Its important for HRS to strategic because a team that works together accomplisher far more than other divided leadership organization or business. For example if open business would make sure the Human Resources Management would use strategic plans that would cause company to be more organized.
Make sure the schedules for employees would be accurate by HRS to maintain satisfaction with employees. Also would make sure the plan of pay would offer the choice of receiving electronically to bank account or Auto Pay Roll card. In Addition I would make sure HRS send the Pay Stubs by mail for time the employees get paid. HRS would be responsible for creating time off schedule sheets and prepare weekly schedules for employees to take a day off. 2. Employees would feel more comfortable working with company that has concrete plans.
Whenever business decisions are made with Senior Management and Human Resources Management, better are the results. Every employees wishes the opportunity to work for a company that relies on strong leadership management. Whenever Senior Management has resolved to allow Human Resources fill in their position for productivity, many doors pen for more employment in Human Resources and the rest of Staff of the business. For instance, my job has given HRS full responsibility to deal with schedule of employees. They are very flexible.
They are also very friendly about taking time off whenever is necessary for the employee. There is commitment to the job, but as long you let the job know 2 weeks notice they will grant this favor anytime, in favor for part time employees. 3. There pros and cons for Human Resource Management. Since they have been delegated authority over their portion of tasks, management and possibly employees, the risks are also high. HRS is required to in alignment with Senior Management. Its where they are accountable.
At my corporate job, every season district corporate managers travel from their area and possibly from a different city just to check on the HRS department is doing well on their job. At Tommy Hellfire they spend a whole day from open 10 am till close 1 1 pm(for customers) 3 am for employees because of the folding left to do in the store. Tommy Hellfire has several HRS managers and leads that contribute to successful outstanding results. They make sure each employee is working the same pace so that in the end it pays off by getting rewarded.
